《The power of introverts》
In our society , we somehow be taught that quiet, introverts are not the right way to go, instead, we should be more extrovert, broad, and assertive. However, when we talk about creativity and leadership, we need introverts doing what they do best.
In the world, there are 1/3 to half introverts. But in our schools, work places, environment are designed for extroverts. Introverts are always seen as outsiders or problem cases, although they got better grades and are more Knowledgeable.(According to research)
What’s more, introverts leader delivers better outcome than extroverts. Also, in history ,there were so many introverts leaders. They are on the spotlight not beause they like to direct others, not because they are craved to be looked at, it’s because they are driven to do what they thought was right.
Usually, people favor the man of action over the man of contemplation. But solitude is crucial ingredient to creativity. When facing the development of economic ,technology and so on , these complicated problems need everybody’s ideas come together to deal with. But the more freedom we give to introverts, the more likely they are to come up with their unique ideas to these problems.
Finally, the Susan Cain gave three calls for action: the first, stop mad at constant group work. Second, go to the wildness and have our own revelations. Third, take a good look at what’s on our suitcase, and why we put them there. And introverts, the world need the thing you carry, just be yourself!
